Why there is no RAG in this system
Every Memex descendant since 1945 has captured raw material and built search on top of it. Zharfex inverts that: voice is compiled into understanding as it arrives, and what accumulates is already knowledge rather than a searchable pile.
That choice alone removes the need for retrieval. But there is a second, stronger reason, and it follows from the epistemology rather than from engineering taste.
If meaning is local to a department — and it is — then one similarity geometry imposed over everyone collapses Finance's «تأخیر» into Warehouse's «تأخیر» by cosine distance, before any human looks. The difference between them was the signal. A vector index is a pre-built ontology that nobody declared and nobody can inspect.
Reasoning over a compiled wiki can hold two incompatible local senses at once and say something about the difference. Cosine similarity structurally cannot. So the navigation layer reasons over structure instead of measuring distance, and candidate matching is done lexically — Persian orthography, zero-width joiners, digit forms — which is honest about being a spelling problem rather than pretending to be a semantic one.
One honest exception: the layer that defines system vocabulary is pre-built, and it has to be, because it is the boundary that worker content cannot write to. The claim that everything is wiki-derived applies to contributed content only. Security beats purity, and the trade is better named than hidden.
