Built and tested

• The core engine. Convergence detection, independence counted as a maximum independent set (exact up to 40 reporters), the exposure gate, and the personal mirror. 95 tests, including the ones that forbid scores.
• Persian, as written. Half-spaces, Arabic and Persian letter variants, and both digit systems are handled without rewriting anyone's words.
• Extraction from Persian notes, run with Claude and checked on real Persian text.
• This website, and a simulator that builds a version of your company in seconds.

Not built yet

• The voice app. Recording a minute on a phone is designed, not shipped.
• Speech-to-text for Persian audio. The next thing to prove, on real recordings from real workplaces.
• A production deployment. No company runs Zharfex today.
